耳廓外側(ce)面有許多(duo)卷部,形同(tong)一組凹面鏡,它們可以是外界傳來的(de)聲(sheng)(sheng)音發(fa)生反(fan)射(she)和折射(she),從而使聲(sheng)(sheng)音在(zai)麥克風(feng)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)處(chu)(chu)的(de)聲(sheng)(sheng)壓增(zeng)大。與(yu)耳背式(shi)(shi)助聽(ting)器(qi)(qi)(qi)相比,耳內(nei)(nei)式(shi)(shi)助聽(ting)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)麥克風(feng)位(wei)(wei)于耳內(nei)(nei),其助聽(ting)效果就是因為這一原理而增(zeng)強。耳內(nei)(nei)式(shi)(shi)與(yu)耳背式(shi)(shi)助聽(ting)器(qi)(qi)(qi)所占耳甲(jia)腔/或外耳道外耳道的(de)解剖外置(zhi)不同(tong),且不同(tong)款式(shi)(shi)的(de)耳內(nei)(nei)式(shi)(shi)助聽(ting)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)麥克風(feng)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)不同(tong),因此其聲(sheng)(sheng)增(zeng)益(yi)也有所不同(tong)。高建林的(de)實驗說明CIC麥克風(feng)處(chu)(chu)的(de)聲(sheng)(sheng)增(zeng)益(yi)大,其次為ITC,再者ITE。
