耳廓外(wai)側面有許多卷(juan)部,形同(tong)(tong)一組凹(ao)面鏡(jing),它們可以是外(wai)界傳(chuan)來的(de)(de)聲(sheng)(sheng)音發(fa)生反射(she)和(he)折射(she),從而使聲(sheng)(sheng)音在麥(mai)克(ke)風(feng)位置處(chu)的(de)(de)聲(sheng)(sheng)壓增(zeng)大。與耳背(bei)(bei)式助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器相比,耳內(nei)式助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器的(de)(de)麥(mai)克(ke)風(feng)位于耳內(nei),其(qi)助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)效果就(jiu)是因(yin)為這一原理而增(zeng)強(qiang)。耳內(nei)式與耳背(bei)(bei)式助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器所占耳甲(jia)腔(qiang)/或外(wai)耳道(dao)外(wai)耳道(dao)的(de)(de)解剖外(wai)置不(bu)同(tong)(tong),且不(bu)同(tong)(tong)款式的(de)(de)耳內(nei)式助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器的(de)(de)麥(mai)克(ke)風(feng)位置不(bu)同(tong)(tong),因(yin)此(ci)其(qi)聲(sheng)(sheng)增(zeng)益也有所不(bu)同(tong)(tong)。高建林(lin)的(de)(de)實驗說明CIC麥(mai)克(ke)風(feng)處(chu)的(de)(de)聲(sheng)(sheng)增(zeng)益大,其(qi)次(ci)為ITC,再者(zhe)ITE。
