耳廓(kuo)外(wai)側面(mian)有許多卷部,形同一(yi)組凹面(mian)鏡,它(ta)們可以是外(wai)界傳(chuan)來的聲(sheng)(sheng)音發生反射(she)(she)和折(zhe)射(she)(she),從而使聲(sheng)(sheng)音在麥(mai)(mai)克(ke)風(feng)位(wei)(wei)置處的聲(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)增(zeng)大。與(yu)耳背式(shi)助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器(qi)相比(bi),耳內(nei)式(shi)助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器(qi)的麥(mai)(mai)克(ke)風(feng)位(wei)(wei)于耳內(nei),其助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)效果就(jiu)是因為這(zhe)一(yi)原理而增(zeng)強。耳內(nei)式(shi)與(yu)耳背式(shi)助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器(qi)所(suo)占耳甲腔/或外(wai)耳道外(wai)耳道的解剖外(wai)置不(bu)同,且不(bu)同款式(shi)的耳內(nei)式(shi)助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器(qi)的麥(mai)(mai)克(ke)風(feng)位(wei)(wei)置不(bu)同,因此(ci)其聲(sheng)(sheng)增(zeng)益也(ye)有所(suo)不(bu)同。高建林(lin)的實驗(yan)說明CIC麥(mai)(mai)克(ke)風(feng)處的聲(sheng)(sheng)增(zeng)益大,其次(ci)為ITC,再(zai)者ITE。
