耳(er)廓外(wai)側面(mian)有許(xu)多卷部,形同(tong)(tong)一(yi)組(zu)凹(ao)面(mian)鏡,它們可(ke)以是外(wai)界傳(chuan)來(lai)的聲(sheng)音發生反射(she)和(he)折射(she),從(cong)而使聲(sheng)音在麥克(ke)(ke)(ke)風位置處的聲(sheng)壓增(zeng)大。與(yu)耳(er)背(bei)式助(zhu)聽器(qi)相(xiang)比(bi),耳(er)內式助(zhu)聽器(qi)的麥克(ke)(ke)(ke)風位于(yu)耳(er)內,其助(zhu)聽效果就是因為(wei)這一(yi)原理而增(zeng)強。耳(er)內式與(yu)耳(er)背(bei)式助(zhu)聽器(qi)所占耳(er)甲腔/或外(wai)耳(er)道外(wai)耳(er)道的解剖外(wai)置不(bu)同(tong)(tong),且(qie)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)款(kuan)式的耳(er)內式助(zhu)聽器(qi)的麥克(ke)(ke)(ke)風位置不(bu)同(tong)(tong),因此其聲(sheng)增(zeng)益也有所不(bu)同(tong)(tong)。高建林(lin)的實驗說(shuo)明CIC麥克(ke)(ke)(ke)風處的聲(sheng)增(zeng)益大,其次為(wei)ITC,再者ITE。
