耳內(nei)式(shi)助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器(qi)(qi)(in-the-ear,ITE),也稱為耳甲(jia)(jia)腔式(shi)助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器(qi)(qi)。耳內(nei)式(shi)助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器(qi)(qi)是最早開發應用的定(ding)制(zhi)式(shi)助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器(qi)(qi)。它占據耳甲(jia)(jia)腔和耳甲(jia)(jia)艇,從(cong)解剖(pou)學來(lai)講(jiang),也叫(jiao)耳甲(jia)(jia)式(shi)助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器(qi)(qi)。其外殼(ke)是根據聽(ting)(ting)障(zhang)者(zhe)的耳甲(jia)(jia)腔形狀定(ding)制(zhi)的,麥克(ke)風、放(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)和耳機全部放(fang)在定(ding)制(zhi)的外殼(ke)內(nei),外部不需要(yao)任何導線和軟管,能全部放(fang)在耳甲(jia)(jia)艇、耳甲(jia)(jia)腔和外耳道(dao)內(nei),比較隱蔽輕便。此類助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器(qi)(qi)的麥克(ke)風入(ru)口位于助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器(qi)(qi)外側面(mian),比起耳背式(shi)助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器(qi)(qi)更符(fu)合人(ren)耳感(gan)受聲音的自然位置(zhi),耳內(nei)式(shi)助(zhu)(zhu)聽(ting)(ting)器(qi)(qi)體積和面(mian)板面(mian)積相對較大(da),使雙麥克(ke)風技術較易得到應用。
