耳(er)內(nei)(nei)式(shi)(shi)(shi)助(zhu)聽(ting)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(in-the-ear,ITE),也稱為耳(er)甲(jia)(jia)腔式(shi)(shi)(shi)助(zhu)聽(ting)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。耳(er)內(nei)(nei)式(shi)(shi)(shi)助(zhu)聽(ting)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是最早開發(fa)應用的(de)(de)定(ding)制式(shi)(shi)(shi)助(zhu)聽(ting)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。它占(zhan)據(ju)耳(er)甲(jia)(jia)腔和耳(er)甲(jia)(jia)艇,從(cong)解剖學來講,也叫耳(er)甲(jia)(jia)式(shi)(shi)(shi)助(zhu)聽(ting)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。其外(wai)殼是根據(ju)聽(ting)障者的(de)(de)耳(er)甲(jia)(jia)腔形狀定(ding)制的(de)(de),麥克(ke)(ke)風(feng)、放大器(qi)(qi)(qi)和耳(er)機全部放在定(ding)制的(de)(de)外(wai)殼內(nei)(nei),外(wai)部不需要任何導(dao)線(xian)和軟(ruan)管,能全部放在耳(er)甲(jia)(jia)艇、耳(er)甲(jia)(jia)腔和外(wai)耳(er)道內(nei)(nei),比較隱蔽輕便。此(ci)類助(zhu)聽(ting)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)麥克(ke)(ke)風(feng)入(ru)口位(wei)(wei)于(yu)助(zhu)聽(ting)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外(wai)側面(mian)(mian),比起耳(er)背(bei)式(shi)(shi)(shi)助(zhu)聽(ting)器(qi)(qi)(qi)更符合(he)人耳(er)感受聲音的(de)(de)自(zi)然位(wei)(wei)置,耳(er)內(nei)(nei)式(shi)(shi)(shi)助(zhu)聽(ting)器(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)積和面(mian)(mian)板面(mian)(mian)積相對較大,使雙麥克(ke)(ke)風(feng)技術較易得(de)到應用。
